Project Goals

• Remove invasive trees and replace with native trees

• Create a patio with natural stone on top of large rock

• Replace cement slab in front of shed w/ dry-laid pavers

• Install a pergola over part of the lower patio

• Build in natural stone stairs behind the shed to access the top of rock

• Build stone retaining walls to hold soil for plantings on top of rock and on the rock face

• Crush and fill old cesspool
