Project Goals

• Replace the cherry tree with another weeping cherry tree further away from the house

• Path from the front door to the street

• Build a stone wall for aesthetics with lights and mailbox incorporated within

• Privacy hedge inside wall to block motor vehicle lights from the windows

• Outside lighting for trees and installing a light pole for the walkway

• Reduce lawn size

• Increase size and diversity of pollinator garden

• Replace asphalt single-lane driveway with a double-wide driveway of permeable pavers
